When it comes to customer service, great rates and personable assistance, this place rates high on my list. As soon as I entered, I was welcomed with a smile by the owners. Felicita was so friendly and she did not try to upsell me to a unit I didn't need (which the other storage facilities do). The facility is clean, well-lit and has ample parking. The rental is month to month and you can cancel at any time! I definitely recommend this storage facility to handle all of your needs!! Thanks 4 Storage 4 You of Philadelphia 😊😊

Rented a 10 ft box truck from red lion Rd . Kayla and Durandal were really helpful and great to deal with.I rent vehicles often and rental places are definitely not all equal.thanks for a great experience ,we will definitely be back

This was indeed the greatest experience of my weekend Durandal Langes & Ms Felicita Langes helped me and went far and beyond my expectations.The person that rented the truck before me did not show so they rented a truck at a near by location and Felicita took me there I was presently suprised these 2 powerhouse rental managers work as a team anticipating every move and taking action, for their client I am so in Ah! Well lit, clean, conveniently located storage facility. Super friendly and helpfull staff. We have been using this storage facility for about a year, sometimes renting 2 spaces at thecsame time. There are two different types of storage: tempreture controlled and outdoor. Depending on your needs and budget you can probably find a right fit for any of your needs. There are security cameras, coded locks and gates. You are provided with enough moving carts of different sizes to use while moving from the loading dock to the storage space. We never had to wait for a cart.

This review is on 4 Storage’s Uhaul service.There are a few Uhaul places in Northeast Philly, but after renting from 4Storage4U on Red Lion and Academy I will only come back here. The process from renting to returning was so smooth I could skate home. The trucks are cleaner than the larger uhaul places and drive better. Can’t go wrong. I will have to check their storage business out too, a business like this deserves my business.Thank you

The staff at this location was absolutely wonderful. They were extremely accommodating to our needs and request. Dyrandell, the store manager, took care of us and was exceptional with his hospitality. If we ever need storage in the future, we will definitely use this facility and we will recommend them to our family and friends. You Guys Rock!

Durandal and Felicita has went and continue to go beyond and above for my customer experience. They are a sincerely friends for life, cause I often run into them in the city. I would never walk past them without saying hello. I moved my life belongings from NYC straight the facility about 4 years ago. I have went thru numerous units, to parking spots you name it as this location. All have been solutions well thought out provided by them. They are also pro-active as far as billing and avoiding unnecessary fees. I honestly don't know if I could operate my business and personal life as smoothly without their guidance. I have never love coming to a storage facility ever before, where I feel so welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Yes its well kept, spacious, clean, Air Conditioned, value, well located, modern facility.Honestly the selling points are Durandal and Felicita, I would not be a 4 year customer without them.

The Property Managers are amazing. Felicita has gone above and beyond, remembers her tenants and is dedicated to her job and the facility. Her husband is just as nice, he's usually doing things around the building while Felicita is in the office making her customers happy. This place is extremely well kept and secure. This is my third or fourth unit with them. I can't say enough good about all of it!!

Excellent Customer Felicita Langes Assistant Manager. My car broke down in the neighboring complex, then my phone died. They were so courteous I came off the street they didn’t know me from boo. The gentleman who’s name I forgot plugged my phone using his personal charger. I sat in one of their many comfortable chairs as I called AAA for a jump since I forgot my cables at home. So nice 👍🏽 to meet such humanitarian People since All you hear 👂🏽 on the news daily is drive by shootings and how unsafe Philadelphia is.

The managers are some of the kindest people I've ever met. They give you a decent price and if you're going to be late they will call you before they bill you the late fee. This place cares more about their customers than they do about extracting every nickel they can. I haven't even shopped unit prices since I moved in years ago because I believe anything that's possibly cheaper will not be nice.

The owner noticed me outside struggling a bit with online check-out. He invited me inside to his spacious, clean, air-conditioned store and finished my check-out process quickly and in a friendly manner. He thoughtfully reminded me of the gas re-fill policy. The truck was in great shape. He greeted me outside upon my return. The actual charges were in-line with the estimates. When you don’t rent trucks often, experiences like this make it a joy. Thank you Durandal! It was truly nice to meet you!

Felicita, the rental associate was very pleasant and explained the rental process to me. She also walked me through the facility and my actual storage unit. The location is convenient and around the corner from the police station (so that helps). It's a clean property and storage unit. The price was reasonable for the unit size.

WoW !!!! I walked in to get a tour and I was BLOWED AWAY by the attention to detail.The owners put a lot of thought into this business.First of all , the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was sparkling clean... literally ! Just image, you can use a ramp or actually drive your vehicle inside to unload . Inclement weather... no problem. I must admit, 4 Storage has too many benefits to mention. They have changed the game !!! After using another storage company for years.... I’ve rented at most of the other storage units in Northeast Philly and Bensalem before and 4 Storage is the exact opposite of all of them.Clean painted floors, good lighting to see inside your unit, easy access doors, a drive in vehicle ramp, a gate lift where you can empty your vehicle on ground level outside and it lifts like an elevator to the floor level inside, wheeled carts and it’s also climate controlled.No rain or snow to deal with. No spiders, roaches or mice to deal with like you do with the outside units. It’s just a whole different experience. The couple that manage the business are awesome, very friendly and extremely helpful. Good luck getting that at the other storage spaces. A little lower price they may offer you somewhere else is not worth the aggravation you’re guaranteed to experience if you go to the unit more than two times a year.

No issues at this time. Durandal Langes was straight forward and professional. Maybe I'm confused but I'm looking online for all the documents related to my transaction and at this time not able to locate relative documents. Checked SPAM and no items in the SPAM box. I'll call and ask for hardcopy of my transaction. Other than that glitch everything about rental went without confusion.
