It all started at the front door. I thought I was walking into a neighbor's home. The flowers were real and the office smelled amazing.I went inside and met Jamie. She was extremely patient and helpful. She didn't make me feel like I was bothering her. She answered all my questions and never rushed. We need more people like her. She's a jewel.

From start to finish, I have been very happy with the service provided and the storage unit I rented. The young lady at the office was very knowledgeable and professional when I inquired about renting a unit. She explained the protocols and procedures for using the code on the gate system for entering and exiting the property and was very helpful the day of my move-in. The actual physical unit was spotless, dry and easily accessible. Locks were readily available to purchase. The auto pay feature and email receipt were very convenient as I live out of town and just needed the unit for a short term. Upon move-out, the young lady at the office was pleasant, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend this facility !

Matt and Jamie were very friendly. The office has a very warm and welcoming vibe. The grounds are very well maintained. They also had several different sized units available in either temp controlled or non-temp controlled. Very good experience.

He was efficient and made the entire process painless !!In less than 30 minutes I was shown the unit, informed of the terms of the contract ( he did not skip the small print that included the things you really need to know!! ), instructed how to use the gate, bought my supplies & out the door!Kudos to you Paul, you’re the best!

I just rented storage from them today. My experience is that you cant go wrong with these people. A 1 customer service. Ask for Paul. This dude went way beyond my expectations. Paul is courtesy efficient and professional!! Paul opened my unit and he ran back to get a broom to sweep it out. He made sure that it was clean and tidy before I moved in. Paul drove me personally in their golf cart from the office to my unit. Just pure class.They are doing renovations also and the place already is looking good. Trust me they have the LOWEST rates also which is what sold me. Do yourself a favor and choose 4 storage. I am VERY satisfied!

On a scale of 1 - 10, I give the Montgomeryville location a 10! Not enough stars! I dealt with a manager by the name of Paul. Not only was he courteous and friendly, he was FLEXIBLE. He got me into a unit the same day, made sure the unit was clean, was clear on the terms, and extended a great rate.
