This was the 1st place where I had excellent service, great rates and a clean rodent free unit. If I move back to NJ I will definitely use this facility in Ocean Twp again. Girl at front desk is very nice and helpful.

Clean location and nice renovation from Snapbox, however prices too high. I still have a unit with 4storage4you and just received a notification my rent is going up ~60%, so this will be my last month with your company.

It was quick and efficient. The woman who was in the office does not really interact with the customers at all. She did not provide any information at all and lacked in customer service skills. The office was clean and orderly and the grounds were secure and clean.

The place is ok. It is hard to get overly excited for a storage facility. The guy behind the counter is very efficient and explains everything clearly. They have a locked gate which is nice. Update.......Ok it's been a while and I gotta say they deserve a 5 star rating. Always doing a great job!

I love having my storage unit here. The staff is incredibly friendly, which is great since I'm in and out of my unit often. It's also convenient that they have U-Haul rentals available. Would definitely recommend!

I have been a customer of this facility for over 15 years. Since the new ownership took over along with the new management onsite, I have seen major improvements. Management is very friendly and willing to help with any issues if they arise.

Love the drop off box for keys when finishedDidn't know about it. I was finish by 11:30pm and just drop the keys in the drop boxLove it. NO NEED TO RUSH IF RENTING FOR THE DAY OR A COUPLE HOURS.
